| We accept Mastercard,VISA, American Express and Laser. Your credit card is charged when we ship your order. |
| Credit Card Charges: |
| There is no surcharge for using your credit card. |
| What is the daily orders cut-off time? |
| Orders placed before 3:45pm will be processed that day. All orders received after that time may not be processed until the following day. |
| Purchase Orders: |
| We accept purchase orders from Government, Schools and Major Companies. Payment is on a strict 30 day basis. Just select "Payment on Account" rather than "Credit Card" |
| Other Methods of Payment: |
| Choose "Payment on Account" and send a personal or company cheque (subject to 5 days bank clearance), money order or bank draft. Goods are shipped immediately for the latter two methods. Payment can also be made via direct bank transfer. Please call us for details (01-840-8144). |
| Returns: |
| If you change your mind about any product ordered we will issue a refund on receipt of the returned product. This must be within 7 days of your receipt of the order; the products must be unopened and unused. A restocking charge will apply. See Returns Policy under "Info" in Shop area |

| Worried About Credit Card Fraud? |
| A recent survey reported that a large percentage of people are still concerned about divulging cc details online. Our online credit card SSL encryption is totally secure. However, if you are still concerned you can phone in your cc details (and still place your order online or phone with your total order). |
| Delivery/Courier Service & Charges |
| There are two ways to receive your order: 1./ Fastway Couriers (Eur 6.95 + vat - usually two working days. On occasions this service may take three days. 2./ Overnight Courier via UTI (Eur 14.95+vat - must be placed before 3:30pm). The overnight service covers most of the Republic. However, there are some "remote" locations which may take two days. If in doubt call or email us. While the courier services are normally very good, we cannot accept responsibility if the courier does not deliver on a specified day or time. |

| If you cannot find detailed product specifications, or you need more information on any product,, just e-mail sales@microaid.ie and we will send the specifications you require. This will nearly always include a photo of the product and the current stock availability. We promise to respond to every e-mail. |
